Allround Storage Solutions provide a comprehensive asset tracking and control servicefor all RTIs, allowing you to take better control of your assets. Once fitted with an appropriate RFIDtag, the assets can either be manually scanned or automatically scanned through fixed RFID reader pointswithin the warehouse.

The system allows the tracking of all RTIs used in the warehouse environment - such as roll cages, pallets, stillages, tote boxes, hanging garment rails, wheeled containers etc.. Therefore the assets are where you need them, and when you need them.

In the retail and distribution environment, RTIs can be tracked right throughout the supply chain. From initial loading at the Distribution Centre to Customer / Store delivery and return, the RTI is tracked the whole way. This eliminates any discrepancies with customers regarding RTI returns whilst real-time information allows you to know when you can expect the RTIs back for re-loading.

This can drastically reduce RTI losses and theft resulting in maintained equipment levels. The software can also be integrated with your existing WMS and ERP systems for total control and transparency.

Tags for every business need

The relatively low capacity of data that can be held on tags means that applications need to be carefully designed and generally involve linking data held on the tag with data held on an external database. Tags can be read only (supplied with pre-coded identity data only) or writable, allowing for limited updating of information on the tag.

We also provide a dedicated onsite repair service through one of our carefully selected partners – Roll Cage Maintenance. All damaged assets are scanned before and after any repair, at which point the information is uploaded onto the web-based reporting system allowing you to know the exact nature of each repair, how many repairs were undertaken and how much damaged equipment is left to repair.
